"The presence of a cannabis legalization initiative on the ballot would not decisively change the outcome of other races in Ohio, but it is more likely to benefit Democrats than Republicans given that a higher percentage of Democrats support cannabis legalization," said Matthew Schweich, MPP's deputy director.
