Urge President Biden to federally legalize cannabis without waiting for Congress

A new report published last week by the Congressional Research Service (CRS) found that the president has the power to federally legalize cannabis without waiting for congressional approval. Their research also found that he can grant mass amnesty to people who have committed nonviolent violations of prohibitionist federal cannabis law.

Biden made promises while on the campaign trail to deliver on cannabis reform -- and we’re holding him accountable to that promise. Add your name to our petition and urge President Biden to legalize cannabis!
