Polls suggest that a growing majority of Americans -- nearly 70 percent! -- believe that cannabis should be legalized at the federal level. Do you support federal legalization?
Yes
No

Congress is currently considering multiple pieces of legislation to reform federal cannabis policy. Which do you most support? [Check all that apply]
The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act (MORE), proposed in the House of Representatives, would decriminalize cannabis, reinvest in communities targeted by the war on drugs, and expunge criminal records for certain cannabis-related offenses
The Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act (CAO), proposed by Senators Chuck Schumer, Cory Booker, and Ron Wyden, would end the federal ban on cannabis and preserve the integrity of state cannabis laws
The Harnessing Opportunities by Pursuing Expungement Act (HOPE), which would provide federal funding to help states implement cannabis conviction expungement policies
The SAFE Banking Act, proposed by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, would make it easier for cannabis businesses to develop relationships with financial institutions, and allow customers to conduct cashless transactions
Do you think passing cannabis reform should be a top priority for Congress?
Yes
No
Unsure
How important is cannabis reform to you personally?
It’s my top priority
It’s one of my top priorities
It’s somewhat important to me
It’s not that important to me
What are your top reasons for why cannabis should be legal? [Check all that apply]
Cannabis prohibition is a violation of my civil rights and personal freedom.
Cannabis prohibition has always been weaponized to target communities of color, criminalize their existence, and fuel a broken system of mass arrests and incarceration.
Cannabis prohibition prevents patients and caregivers from safely accessing cannabis for medical use.
Cannabis is safer than alcohol and should similarly be permitted for responsible use by adults, with tax revenues from cannabis sales used to fund education and other community priorities.
The lack of sensible cannabis policies and regulations cedes control to illicit actors that endanger individuals and communities nationwide.
What actions are you personally willing to take to achieve cannabis reform? [Check all that apply]
I will vote for pro-cannabis reform candidates
I will contact my lawmakers to advocate for cannabis reform
I will contribute to organizations like MPP that are dedicated to achieving cannabis reform
At MPP, we have a proven track record of getting cannabis reform passed -- we’ve run successful campaigns in more than half of the states where cannabis is now legal. Now, we’re ready to take our winning strategy to achieve reform at the federal level, and we need help from grassroots supporters like you. WIll you pitch in $10 today to help us get federal legalization across the finish line?
Yes, I’ll chip in $10!
Actually, cannabis legalization is really important to me, so I’ll chip in more than $10
Sorry, I can’t chip in today, but I do want to help in the future
