Rawan Elfar is a Public Policy and Development Coordinator with a commitment to advancing equitable policies. She began her journey with an internship at MPP through the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in January 2022. In July 2022, she joined the State Policies and Development team, where she continues to contribute to impactful policy initiatives.
