LOS ANGELES — No more medical marijuana in Garden Grove. The city council has voted to ban pot dispensaries, with members saying they're worried about how such businesses affect neighborhoods. The council members said they sympathize with patients who need marijuana to ease their pain, but they're worried about regulating the dispensaries.
While state law here in California says they're legal, federal law says they're not. |
