Support I-75 next Tuesday, September 16!

The Sensible Seattle Coalition has introduced an initiative, I-75, that would make responsible adult use of marijuana the lowest law-enforcement priority in the city of Seattle. Not only would this measure protect marijuana users, it would also free up much-needed police resources to deal with serious, violent crime.

Tuesday, September 16 is your chance to vote for sensible marijuana policy in Seattle. Less than a week remains to get involved and to urge everyone you know to do the same!

In the Seattle area, volunteers are needed throughout the weekend until Tuesday, September 16. Volunteers will be needed for talking to voters about the initiative, reminding them to vote, and assisting the campaign with various tasks. Be part of this trendsetting victory!

Please contact The Sensible Seattle Coalition if you are interested in helping I-75 win on Tuesday, September 16.

Initiative 75 has been endorsed by the King County Bar Association, the League of Women Voters, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington. In addition, I-75 has been endorsed by prominent state legislators, doctors, social workers, lawyers, and several political parties.
