Smith derails marijuana decriminalization bill
In a disappointment, House Speaker Shap Smith has decided to wait at least another year on decriminalizing marijuana. The good news is that a bill to allow dispensaries is moving along nicely, and the better news is that next year bodes well for decriminalization with this kind of support from law enforcement:
