MPP publishes voter guide for Vermont’s Aug. 28 primary!

Message:

The Marijuana Policy Project is dedicated to continuing the advancement of sensible marijuana policy reforms in Vermont. To that end, we recently sent a three-question survey to all candidates for the Vermont House and Senate.

We’ve finished compiling the responses we received, and our voter guide, titled “Marijuana Policy Reform and the Vermont Primary Election,” is now available! Click here to find out which candidates say they support Vermont’s medical marijuana law, eliminating the cap of 1,000 patients who can register at a dispensary, and reducing penalties for marijuana possession (decriminalization).

We’ve also included information on the races for governor and attorney general. Please share this voter guide with all your friends and encourage them all to vote in the primary election!

The primary election is this coming Tuesday, August 28. Polls are open until 7:00 p.m. You can locate your polling place and learn what time it opens here. Sick and disabled voters may ask in advance to vote from home.
