House to Vote on Medical Marijuana
The country's highest court has ruled against the use of medical marijuana, but later today members of the Rhode Island House will vote on whether to make smoking pot legal for people who use it to control pain.
Governor Don Carcieri has said if the legislation reaches him, he will veto it.
