Title:
Paid help is desperately needed
Message:
As you probably know, North Dakotans for Compassionate Care is attempting to place an initiative on the November ballot to make the use of medical marijuana legal in the state. The campaign only has about six weeks to gather more than 15,000 signatures. If they don't receive some help, they will fail.
They need about 10 individuals who can work full-time on the signature drive for the next six weeks. The pay will start at $15 per hour and can go up based on quality performance. If you are interested in being one of the people to help this campaign succeed — or if you know anyone else who might be interested in working on the drive for the next six weeks — please contact (or have your friend contact) Dave Schwartz at dave@ndcompassionatecare.org.
Of course, the campaign would also be happy to have part-time assistance or volunteer help, but they want to make sure whomever contacts them is really committed to helping the campaign succeed. There are more than 60 volunteers working on the signature drive now, but they have collectively produced very few signatures. The campaign desperately needs help, but it cannot spend its time training individuals who will disappear after the training and not produce any signatures.
Collectively, you and other supporters can make medical marijuana legal in North Dakota and help thousands of patients. Without your assistance, the laws will remain as they are.
Please help the campaign by spreading the word about this immediate need.
