Title:

Could North Dakota become the 16th medical marijuana state?

Message:

I am writing you today to offer you a very specific and direct way to help pass an effective medical marijuana law in North Dakota. We need to conduct a statewide poll of North Dakota voters and we need you to make a donation to help us do that.

We must raise $3,175 as soon as possible for this poll, which will determine whether there is sufficient support for medical marijuana in North Dakota to justify MPP launching a statewide ballot initiative to be placed on the November 2012 ballot.

If you want to protect the seriously ill in North Dakota, please help make it possible for us to take this first step.

Michigan and Montana voters have both spoken, and made medical marijuana a reality in their states during presidential election years. We’re hopeful that North Dakota voters will also be wiling to vote for compassion, but we can’t run an initiative unless we know it has a solid chance of winning. That’s why I’m asking you to make a contribution to MPP today so that we can run a poll of North Dakota voters to pave the way for passing an initiative. We’ll need about $3,175 to do this. Please show your support for patients suffering with cancer, HIV-AIDS, and other serious illnesses in North Dakota who are now denied medical marijuana and make the first donation yours.

Thanks for all that you do!
