"Teen who died after Taser shot had marijuana" ( March 25 ) is a headline straight out of "Reefer Madness."
I have no problem with police using a Taser on anyone they're unable to physically subdue. Maybe Darryl Turner was so high he became agitated, but it's ridiculous to suggest the influence of marijuana would have sent him into a rage of superhuman strength.
I guess this will become another tool in the war on drugs: "Don't smoke pot, kids, because you could get Tasered and die."
