We’re writing to inform you of a public hearing that has been scheduled by the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) on the newest proposed medical marijuana regulations. We encourage all prospective patients, caregivers, recommending physicians, and advocates to attend and testify. You can vocalize to DHSS any questions, comments, or concerns you have about the overly restrictive and onerous regulations that have been proposed.

What: DHSS public hearing on proposed medical marijuana regulations

When: Monday, March 7, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (Please plan to arrive by 9:30 a.m. as parking is limited and you must register in order to testify.)

Where: War Memorial Building — Delaware River Room
             1 Memorial Drive
             Trenton, NJ 08608
