New Hampshire Patients Urge Gov. Lynch to Sign Medical Marijuana Bill
Hundreds of seriously ill individuals in New Hampshire are counting on Gov. Lynch to sign HB 648, the medical marijuana bill, into law. The bill originally passed the House of Representatives by a 234-138 vote in March and it passed the Senate with a 14-10 vote on April 29. However, a committee of conference was formed to address eight concerns Gov. Lynch had with the original version. On June 24, the House passed the amended version of HB 648 by a 232-108 vote. The Senate passed it by a 14-10 vote.
