MPP publishes voter guide for New Hampshire’s Sept. 11 primary!

Message:

New Hampshire’s primary election is Tuesday, September 11, and the outcome of several important primary races will likely have a major impact on our prospects for passing a medical marijuana law in 2013.

The Marijuana Policy Project is dedicated to finishing this job and making sure New Hampshire patients are protected from arrest. To that end, we recently sent a one-question survey to all candidates for governor and state Senate.

We’ve finished compiling the responses we received — along with candidates’ records on the issue — and our voter guide, titled “Medical Marijuana and the 2012 NH Election,” is now available! Check it out here, and please share it with your friends!

If you are registered as an “undeclared” voter, you may choose to vote in either party’s primary September 11. If you are not yet registered to vote in New Hampshire, you may register at the polls on the day of the election. Click here for more information on voter registration and voting in New Hampshire. Thank you for taking time to inform yourself about candidates for office! Please be sure to pass the voter guide on to friends and family who support patients.
