SB 409 was approved last week in a 12-4 vote of the House Health, Human Services, and Elderly Affairs Committee, and the full House of Representatives is expected to vote on the bill tomorrow. The bill is widely expected to pass the House, but we are looking for representatives to send a strong statement by voting the bill forward with more than a two-thirds majority. This will be very important in case Gov. Lynch decides to veto the bill.
