Are you ready to put your health at risk to see how much you know about marijuana and alcohol? We hope you are.
Two weeks ago, we issued a challenge to the people of Nevada: prove that alcohol is safer than marijuana and we will pay you $10,000. As of this point, the prize, not surprisingly, has not been claimed.
But that does not mean everyone understands exactly how much safer than alcohol marijuana is. For that reason, we have put together a fun, online quiz to test individuals' knowledge of the relative harms of the two substances.
The “Potentially Deadly Alcohol and Marijuana Quiz” has 10 questions, and if you get a question wrong, you must “take a shot” of alcohol. At the end, the quiz calculates your blood alcohol content based on the number of shots you had to take. Ace the quiz and you will be “stone cold sober.” But if you flounder, you could wind up dead.
Of course, your health isn't really on the line. It's all for fun. This does not diminish, however, the importance of educating Nevadans on this subject. So after you take the quiz, please spread the word. We have included a section at the end where you can send an e-mail to friends or post a message on Facebook or Twitter. (The Twitter post will actually be personalized with your quiz result!) In the alternative, you can just forward this e-mail or create a new e-mail with a link to http://marijuana-alcoholquiz.com and a quick message like, “I thought you would find this quiz interesting.”
