Gov. Brian Sandoval signed SB 374 into law yesterday, bringing much needed clarity and protection for medical marijuana producers and providers to the state’s law. The bill was sponsored by Senators Tick Segerblom and Mark Hutchison and delivers on the legislature’s constitutional obligation to authorize an appropriate system of supply for medical marijuana patients.
