Missoula District Court: Jury pool in marijuana case stages ???mutiny???
A Montana prosecutor decided to waste limited state resources trying to jail Touray Cornell for having 1/16th of an ounce of marijuana. Thankfully, to his surprise, a room full of prospective jurors had the common sense to stage a "mutiny" and put an end to his stupidity. Let's hope jury nullification catches on in other states.
