Montana voters can stop the SB 423 insanity; registration deadline today!

It has been a difficult year for medical marijuana patients and providers in Montana, to say the least. Fortunately, voters will have a chance Tuesday, November 6 to repeal the onerous restrictions imposed by SB 423 by voting “NO” on IR-124.
If you are not yet registered to vote in Montana, please click here to learn how you can register today. If you do not register by today’s 5:00 p.m. deadline, you may “late register” at the county election office until Election Day.
A “NO” vote on IR-124 is a vote to get rid of the SB 423 “repeal in disguise” so the legislature can pass a more reasonable set of regulations in 2013. For more information on the IR-124 campaign, please visit the Montana Cannabis Industry Association’s webpage.
