Montana State Policy Alert

Title:

Do you want Montana’s medical marijuana law to be repealed?

Message:

I know you don’t and that is why I’m writing you. Medical marijuana repeal has momentum, but there is still time to stop it and ensure that Montana patients aren’t thrown in jail for using their medicine.

In order to save Montana’s law, MPP wants to run a statewide poll asking Montanans about their attitudes on repeal. We believe the public agrees with us and not the House’s extremist drug warrior agenda. Thus, the results will be an effective tool. Will you stand up and make a donation to fund this vital poll?

We need $10,000 to fund this poll, as well as grassroots calls and anti-repeal ads, which previously have been very effective. Our opponents are already planning to run $20,000 in TV ads, and we cannot afford to let them frame this issue with their lies.

It would be devastating to the medical marijuana movement as a whole to lose this battle and have one of our 16 laws ripped out of the hands of voters. That is why I am asking all of you to open up your wallets and give as much as you can to help keep patients free from fear of prison.

Thanks so much for your support!
