Urge Judiciary Committee A to hear H.B. 84 before Tuesday

The session is rolling along, and Rep. Erik Fleming (D-72nd District) has introduced medical marijuana bill H.B. 84. Unfortunately, the bill is stuck in Judiciary Committee A. If the committee does not hear H.B. 84 by this upcoming Tuesday—March 9—the bill will be dead for the year.

Please urge the members of Judiciary Committee A to grant H.B. 84 a hearing. Because your representative sits on the committee, your message will make an extra impact.

Please take a few moments to Take Action. After you choose your favorite pre-written letter and type in your address, our site will automatically e-mail your letter to your legislators … all with the click of a few buttons. The whole process takes less than two minutes, but it makes a world of difference. Also, you can print the letters and send them to your legislators through regular mail.

Read on to see a list of committee members.
