Michigan medical marijuana campaign launches newly designed Web site!

We're happy to announce that the Michigan Coalition for Compassionate Care (MCCC) has a freshly revamped Web site. It features a range of previously unavailable Web tools to provide pertinent information and to help spread the word about MCCC's campaign to protect seriously ill Michigan medical marijuana patients. Please visit the campaign site today and have a look.

This site has been in the works for some time and is the product of a considerable amount of effort and expense. Would you please consider donating $10 or more today so that MCCC can continue to ramp up its presence online and in the field as Election Day nears?

Here are some of the features you may want to explore:

  • MCCC's Tell-A-Friend page allows you to send a customizable e-mail to all of your friends and family in Michigan about the need to pass the medical marijuana initiative this November;
  • MCCC's Patients page features images and stories from some of the Michigan patients whom the initiative will most directly affect;
  • MCCC's Downloads page allows you to print out various campaign materials, like the "Yes on 1" brochure and palm card, in the comfort of your own home (the campaign has also made its lawn sign design available); and
  • The official MCCC blog will feature the campaign's take on a number of different issues related to this compassionate initiative, as well as the submissions of supporters. Please take a moment to read supporter Robin O'Grady's powerful account of her daughter Caprice's struggle with cancer, the first guest blog post in what will be many more. If you'd like to be featured, please contact MCCC Statewide Organizer Matt Witemyre.

There are a number of other tools on the site, so please be sure to look around and consider donating $10 or more to the campaign today.

Once again, thank you for supporting MPP and all of our allies. With your help, we truly will make history on November 4.
