Several news agencies are reporting that Massachusetts has passed Question 3, becoming the 18th state to pass an effective medical marijuana law! With over two-thirds of precincts reporting, Question 3 leads by a commanding margin, with 63% of the vote! To see a summary of this law, which will go into effect January 1, 2013, click here.
Congratulations to Whitney Taylor, Matt Allen, and Jen Manley, who spearheaded this effort led by the Committee for Compassionate Medicine, and everybody else who worked so hard to promote this sensible, compassionate reform!
