Martin O’Malley, who threatened to veto medical marijuana legislation based on a preposterous fear that federal officials would arrest state employees for implementing the law. This week, patients came together in Annapolis to testify before a key Senate committeeand to ask Gov. O’Malley to show them the compassion they deserve.
