Two pounds of marijuana earns NOLA man a life sentence
In a horrifying miscarriage of justice, a 35-year-old New Orleans man will spend the rest of his long life in prison, simply for possessing two pounds of marijuana (which remember, is still much much safer than chugging a legal six-pack of mediocre American macrobrew, something incentivized by pop culture all the time). Louisiana, you need to change your marijuana laws now, this is unacceptable!
