Sheriff's Office Gets Drug-tested
Rapides Parish Sheriff Charles F. "Chuck" Wagner Jr. fulfilled one of his campaign promises Wednesday by drug-testing the entire department, Chief Deputy Darrell Guillory said.
All employees of the department were tested starting in the early-morning hours of Wednesday.
