Find out where the candidates stand
For those of you who have not already voted, when you head to the polls Tuesday, you will not only help determine our next president, you may also decide the fate of medical marijuana legislation now pending in the Illinois General Assembly.
To help you determine where the candidates in your area stand on marijuana policy reform, we’ve put together MPP’s 2012 Illinois Voter Guide. Use this map to find your legislative districts, then scroll through the list of candidates to see where the candidates in your district stand. We are just a couple votes short of passing a medical marijuana bill, so it’s more important than ever that we elect legislators with the compassion to support medical marijuana patients by voting “yes” on HB 30.
