For constituents of Illinois House Districts 35, 69, 75, and 105.
We’re just a couple votes away from passing medical marijuana legislation in the Illinois House of Representatives, and we need your help to get over the top. We’ve whittled our list of targeted legislative districts — those represented by legislators whose votes we don’t yet have, but believe we can get — to just a handful, and you live in one of our targeted districts.
If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with a serious medical condition, such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, HIV/AIDS, Parkinson’s disease, Crohn’s disease, or any other condition covered by HB 30, please email us to share your story. I can talk to legislators every day about how well-written this bill is, or how it would benefit thousands of patients throughout the state, but nothing is more effective at opening hearts and changing minds than hearing first hand from those who have benefited or could benefit from medical marijuana.
In addition to patients, legislators could also hear from those with backgrounds in law enforcement, medicine, and clergy, so email us if that’s you.
