POSTPONED – No hearing on medical marijuana bill in D.C. Thursday

Earlier we told you about a hearing coming up this Thursday about legislation proposed by the D.C. Council. The hearing has been postponed due to inclement weather. While we’re eager to get to work on implementation of Initiative 59, your safety and the health of the District’s medical marijuana patients are more important, so we’re glad no one has to brave the storm
The D.C. Council’s committees on Health and Pubic Safety and the Judiciary will issue a new hearing notice soon, and we’ll let you know the new date as soon as we get it. In the mean time, if you’re reading this alert in the D.C. area, stay safe and warm.
