Wilmington City council introduces marijuana to Delaware for medicinal purposes.
Councilman Kevin Kelley thinks it's time for a frank discussion about medicinal marijuana.
Kelley spoke at length about the relief marijuana gives cancer and AIDS patients who need it most as other council members added their thoughts on the subject.
The resolution passed allowing further discussion in Delaware about possible uses for medicinal marijuana.
Discussions about how it will be dosed and drivers reaction time under the influence will occur should the motion pass the General Assembly. |
