Did your legislator vote to criminalize patients or protect them?

Click here to find out who your state senator and representative are
. Enter your zip code in the box on the top right labeled “Find your lawmakers, tell them what you think.” After you input your information, you'll be given a list of elected officials. Look for your state senator and representative, then look on the lists below to see how they voted.

A YES vote on SB 17 was a compassionate vote to protect Delaware’s seriously ill and create a tightly regulated system for medical marijuana distribution. A NO vote was a heartless vote to leave patients as criminals, living in fear and fending for themselves on the black market.

Please let your senator and your representative know how you feel about their votes (don’t forget to contact both of your legislators):
