One small gift; one giant donation

Message:

Are you excited to make history in your state? Are you able to chip in to make the adult use of marijuana legal in Colorado? If you can, your contribution will be doubled!

With less than 50 days until the general election, cautious optimism is the name of the game for Colorado’s Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol, which has received significant financial support from MPP. A recently released SurveyUSA/Denver Post poll shows support for passing Amendment 64 — which would replace Colorado’s marijuana prohibition with a system of taxation and regulation akin to alcohol sales — is up to 51%, compared to 40% opposed to passage. While we are excited by the results, we know there is still work to be done.

Fortunately, an anonymous donor has just offered to match every contribution to the campaign between now and October 3 — up to $50,000! This means the campaign will have an additional $100,000 to spend on advertising if supporters like you collectively contribute that maximum amount. Another $100,000 invested in ads could well make the difference between winning and losing.

So now is the time to make a contribution. A $5 contribution becomes $10 for the campaign. $10 becomes $20. And $50 becomes $100. These contributions add up quickly.

This offer only extends until October 3, so please make your donation today, and encourage your friends and family members to give as well

Colorado voters have an opportunity to tell the federal government, and the world, that we’ve had enough of failed prohibitionist policies and that marijuana ought to be treated like alcohol. Please help us make the opportunity a reality by giving today!
