Title:

Legislator seeks full repeal of Arizona’s medical marijuana law!

Message:

The people of Arizona have spoken, the courts have spoken, and state-regulated dispensaries have begun serving patients. And yet, some opponents still insist on standing in the way of progress!

Rep. John Kavanagh (R-Fountain Hills) is leading an effort to repeal Arizona’s sensible, compassionate medical marijuana law. Rep. Kavanagh has filed a resolution that would refer the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act back to the ballot in November 2014. If approved by the legislature, HCR 2003 would put this much-needed program at risk of being repealed by voters.

Please click here to send a message to legislators asking them to OPPOSE this heartless repeal effort.

There is simply no good reason to put the issue of patients’ rights in jeopardy. Patients battling serious illnesses do not need to undergo the anxiety of a repeal effort that will almost certainly fail if placed on the ballot. Please support MPP’s efforts with a contribution today so we can continue fighting for the rights of Arizona patients in 2013!
