A few politicians in Arizona have been working hard to compromise Arizona’s medical marijuana law. Sadly, this week they scored a victory when Gov. Jan Brewer signed HB 2349, a bill banning medical marijuana on the campuses of all colleges and vocational schools in the state.
Medical marijuana advocates predict the law will be deemed unconstitutional if challenged in court.
