Chris Conrad, a court-qualified cannabis expert, covers state laws, legal issues, and the science of use and cultivation of medical marijuana. The booklet describes and recommends the "safe harbor" guidelines created by Safe Access Now for reasonable garden size as well as medical benefits and case law. This is an excellent overview and examination of the practicalities of medical marijuana written in an accessible manner for the general public. Conrad also provides government data debunking the myth perpetuated by medical marijuana opponents that a single plant typically produces a pound or more of usable marijuana.
