SB 529: An Act Relating to Medical Marijuana Cooperatives

This bill would require the medical marijuana law to be applied consistently with a court decision that found that medical marijuana cooperatives can receive reimbursement for marijuana and the services provided in conjunction with the provision of that marijuana. A previous version of this bill relieved dispensaries of back sales taxes, and it is expected to again do so.
