S4768: An Act to Amend the Public Health Law, in Relation to Medical Use of Marihuana
Sponsored By: Sens. Montgomery, Duane, Krueger, and Sampson
This bill would allow certified patients to possess marijuana, which they could obtain from registered non-profit organizations. To qualify, their medical practitioners would have to sign certifications that, in the practitioner`s professional judgment, the serious condition should be treated with the medical use of marijuana.
