L.B. 1117: A Bill Relating to Community Furloughs for Certain Inmates


This bill would authorize the Department of Corrections to allow inmates who are eligible for parole to take furloughs if the Board of Parole gave a favorable recommendation. The furloughs would be into community-based programs for up to ninety days, under personalized conditions.
