H.B. 642: A Bill Relating to the Requirements for Home Incarceration

This bill would slightly modify provisions relating to home incarceration and clarifies eligibility for it and allow judges to recommend home incarceration by their own motions in some cases. It also specifies findings judges must make to impose home incarceration.
