A4154: A Bill to Provide for the Suspension of Drivers' Licenses of Persons Convicted of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana Who Fail to Pay Fines Imposed by the Court


This bill would provide that in addition to any fine or prison term imposed by the court for the offense unlawful possession of marijuana, the court shall suspend the drivers license of any person who fails to timely pay a court imposed fine until such time as such fine is paid.
